Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
I know for most of you it’s a day for drinking. Well, not gonna lie, me too! Buuuuutttt, it’s also a great opportunity to make some authentic eats for the family. It’s not everyday that it even crosses my mind to make corn beef and cabbage. We had a great day with our slab of beef and a special vegetarian version of cabbage. We also shared some fun desserts.
